Microsoft Outlook Import Instructions:
1.Click the "Download Now" link to download the file.
2.If you are prompted to Open or Save the file, choose to save the file.
3.In the "Save in:" box, navigate to save the file to your desktop.
4.Open Microsoft Outlook.
5.On the Outlook menu bar, click on File, and then Import and Export...
6.Select Import from another program or file and then click Next.
7.Select Personal Folder File (.pst) and then click Next.
8.Click on Browse and go to your desktop where you saved the file earlier.
9.Double-click on the file that you downloaded earlier.
10. Under Options, select Replace duplicates with items imported.
11.Click Next.
12.Under Select the folder to import from, select Calendar.
13.Choose Import items into the same folder in: and be sure Personal Folders is selected in the drop-down box.

14.Click Finish.
15.Congratulations! The schedule has now been added to your calendar! You can now close Microsoft Outlook and delete the file that was saved to your desktop.
