WVU Medicine - Fan Appreciation Night (4/6) Ticket RSVP

WVU Medicine has a great partnership with the Wheeling Nailers and we are excited to again be able to provide a number of free tickets to select games for employees.  This effort is in gratitude for your dedication to our hospitals and patients.  Thank you for being a valued member of our WVU Medicine team!  

There will be 200 tickets allotted for Sunday, April 6th, 2025 at 4:10 PM. Winners will be randomly drawn and you will be contacted if you were selected to receive free tickets.  If you are not selected but would like to attend any games this season, WVU Medicine employees do receive a discount on tickets.  You can reach out to Nailers ticket representative Tyler Smith at 304-905-6337 to receive a discounted rate for any game.

This link is for our Fan Appreciation Night on 4/6 featuring a FREE trip to New York City for one lucky fan in attendance. Sign-Ups for the ticket lottery open Wednesday, March 26th, and close Monday, March 31st, at 11:59 PM.

We have taken feedback from last year’s ticket signup and we are changing our process this season.  

We will be doing a lottery style approach to give all employees an equal chance to register to win tickets.  Please fill out this form with your full name, phone number, WVU Medicine email address and selected amount of tickets (up to 6).
