WVU Medicine - Nail Down Cancer Night (1/24/2026) Ticket RSVP

WVU Medicine has a great partnership with the Wheeling Nailers and we are excited to again be able to provide a number of free tickets to select games for employees.  This effort is in gratitude for your dedication to our hospitals and patients.  Thank you for being a valued member of our WVU Medicine team!  

There will be 100 tickets allotted for Saturday, January 24th, 2026. Winners will be randomly drawn and you will be contacted if you were selected to receive free tickets.  If you are not selected but would like to attend any games this season, WVU Medicine employees do receive a discount on tickets.  You can reach out to Nailers ticket representative Tyler Smith at 304-905-6337 to receive an exclusive discounted rate for any game this season!

Join us for our Nail Down Cancer Night! Cheer during the Survivors Parade! Hold up your “I Fight For” sign! And honor everyone touched by this disease! Sign-Ups for the ticket lottery open Monday, January 12th and close Friday the 16th at 11:59 PM. If you are not contacted on Monday, January 19th, you were not selected as a winner. However, if you would still like to attend, make sure to reach out to our front office for the discounted ticket rate!

We have taken feedback from last year’s ticket signup and we are changing our process this season.  

We will be doing a lottery style approach to give all employees an equal chance to register to win tickets.  Please fill out this form with your full name, phone number, WVU Medicine email address and selected amount of tickets (up to 6).
