WVU Medicine has a great partnership with the Wheeling Nailers and we are excited to again be able to provide a number of free tickets to select games for employees.  This effort is in gratitude for your dedication to our hospitals and patients.  Thank you for being a valued member of our WVU Medicine team!

There will be 100 tickets allotted for Saturday, October 31st, 2026. REMINDER: If you do not register using a WVU Medicine email, you are not eligible to win. Winners will be randomly drawn, and you will be contacted if you were selected to receive free tickets.  If you are not selected but would like to attend any games this season, WVU Medicine employees do receive a discount on tickets. Sign-Ups for the ticket lottery open Monday, September 28th, and close Thursday the 1st at 11:59 PM.  If you are not contacted but would still like to attend, make sure to reach out to our front office for the discounted ticket rate or purchase through the link! We will be doing a lottery style approach to give all employees an equal chance to register to win tickets.  Please fill out this form with your full name, phone number, WVU Medicine email address and selected amount of tickets (up to 6).
