WHEELING, WV- The Wheeling Nailers, proud ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, have announced that Head Coach Jeff Christian's contract has not been renewed, and he will not be returning for the 2018-19 season.
Christian, 47, served as head coach of the Nailers for two seasons, after joining the organization first as an assistant coach in January of 2016. Wheeling compiled a 69-58-17 record in two seasons under Jeff's guidance, missing the playoffs both years.
