I have tickets for a Wheeling Nailers home game that is cancelled. What should I do?
Fans who purchased tickets directly through the Wheeling Nailers organization can call the office directly at 304-234-4625 and talk with an account executive in the Ticketing Department for possible future use. Fans who purchased tickets elsewhere, should reach out to the point of purchase. For example, if you purchased tickets online or on the phone through Etix, you will need to reach out to Etix customer support staff (1-800-514-3849) for any inquires for about your ticket purchase. If you purchased tickets through WesBanco Arena Box Office, please go directly to the box office to inquire about your ticket purchase.Â
You may have noticed a credit has been applied to your bank or credit card account from Etix, FEVO, or WesBanco Arena Box Office
What is the Wheeling Nailers ticket refund policy?
With the ECHL announcement, single game tickets purchased directly from Etix, FEVO, or the WesBanco Arena Box Office will be subject to their refund policies
For season members and fans that purchased directly through the Nailers Ticketing Department, payments will remain on their account and will be used towards future games in the 2020-21 regular season. Season Members will receive a credit to their account for the remaining 6 games that were cancelled. Additional information regarding this will be communicated at a later date.Â
I purchased tickets through a resale site. Will I receive a refund?
All tickets purchased through a resale site (i.e. Prolific 1, StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, etc.) will be subject to the refund policy of that ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service departments for more information.Â
